The story was wild but could also be true at the same time

It warned us not to let militias and cults get out of hand too fast or they'll magically somehow steal nuclear warheads from extremely secure government sites undetected and blow up the world due to their own closed off view of life. And ffs people, stop defending the Seeds. This isn't a grey character situation where they have both good and bad qualities. They are pure evil and feel justified in their choices. Hell, Joseph Seed himself proudly admits he killed his newborn daughter in the hospital by pinching her oxygen tubes closed because he thought, keyword THOUGHT, that's what God told him to do. Jacob killed his friend and ate him to survive in the desert. This game's villains are purely and solely evil, and believe they are good. And the worst part.... evil ultimately wins. Either you walk away and let murderers continue doing whatever they want, or you stand up for common since and morality, and the villain just sets off a nuke and kills his own flock himself which he just got angry at you for attacking. This game was so great until you realize, you cannot serve justice. It's a bad ending only game, forced on you.

If there is a higher power it decided your fate long before your birth.

When I realised I was a clone of big boss the whole time it all clicked into place for me, the big boss snake originally thought he killed in outer hevan in the original metal gear and was quoted in mgs1 was actually venom snake from mgs5 not naked snake(big boss) from mgs3 it all came full circle.

Far Cry 5 was easily one of the best. The american setting was such a good location for it.

I refuse to believe anyone was actually tricked into thinking you were playing as big boss. They literally tell you at the beginning of the game they are changing your face, and show you looking like big boss afterwards. And literally everyone but Ocelot spends the entire game questioning if venom is actually snake. Even the boss AI. They telegraphed that “reveal” the entire game. There was no “big reveal” in this game. Love the game. Love the series, but there was no big reveal in this.

Far Cry 6 was a warning for Canada

John seed is the most boring of the family lol

it's hard to hate the villains message but it's easy to hate the means and methods by which he does things. the story for this game was very well thought out and that's not something i'd say about a lot of games these days. this is also the first of the Far Cry games that i've played but have since picked up the others when i saw them on sale.
