@@ashutosh_dumka i Got this mail from them ! So, basically the purpose of the evaluation is to we will fill out a form on your behalf that includes the academic details you have provided. Your details will be entered into that form. We will send it to them, If you do not meet any of the requirements, they may reject the application. Essentially, once accepted, you will be authorized to be eligible for funding from a U.S. citizen. So, the purpose of this evaluation is to get a profile once they will accept you they will generate a US based profile for you in which we can make your CV, shortlisting universities and so on. No documents are required at this stage because we are not allowed to send any until you receive authorization from the U.S. Board.

Yes u will need them while applying. Once you get the admission then every univ have their way way of asking for original documents, either directly from ur univ in home country (email or via post)
