This time I’ll show you one simple solution for a motorcycle seat that’s too soft and causing numbness. Looks counterintuitive but an even softer channel in the central pressure zone really works.
Tall Guy on a Small Bike

I have a 66 cm Cannondale and I’ve never ridden smaller than a 60 cm. Could I get by with a 58? Or a 56? It works for me with this bike and here’s what I did. Can a tall person ride a short bicycle? It depends.

No fuel gauge? No idea when you’ll run out of gas? This is what it’s like. Plus I might set myself on fire since the fuel is leaking on the exhaust - take a fire extinguisher - be prepared.

Just found this video. I'd love to have a little bike like this. Good video man!
Nicely done. Can the middle seats be removed as well?
@@matthewwinne sorry, never tried to do that. They are but I don’t know the process.
I just got a motorcycle and a full face helmet. I use strap on my glasses so to put my helmet on I have to take off the straps, the glasses, put on helmet and then shimmy the glasses into the helmet, and vice versa. So annoying! Just a couple days and I’m tired of that already. Decided to look for flip up helmets and glasses on RUclips to see if anything popped up, and lo and behold, this brilliance comes ip
It's nice to have a the front brake almost as as powerful as the back now. I think I might need 220mm to be equal.
Braking really hard on the front makes the rear useless. It might be too much.
weight will shift on the front axle anyways the load will always be higher in the front than the rear. bigger rotors in the rear aren't as useful
I use a stainless steel screw type hose clamp for years
How does the reinstallation go?Once you put it back in, can you tell that it was ever removed?
Good stuff 👍
So what part of the ninety degrees bent section should line up with the zero line of the ruler? The top edge of the spoke, the middle of the spoke or the bottom edge of the spoke?
Thanks for making this video on making your own spoke ruler.
What about the cramp busters , are they made by bark busters? How did you like them ?
Why have I been riding for a year with broke spokes when this video exists😂
As others have noted: Short,, To-the-Point, Helpful !! Thanks!
Is the conversion kit still available?
Hermoso relato de nuestra cultura muy rica, gracias por este material y me gustaria de conocerlo personalmente para intercambiar conocimiento y aprendizaje!
I'd like to know how to take out the right side.
Not all heroes wear capes
Great narration 👍
Not a bad idea but a spoke is always measured without the nipple on it.
We used to do overniters where Girty run fed into the Allegheny. Good to see that trail before it became homeless encampments.
I have the 81, ol gal is full of electrical issues and was searching for help can ride for hours then suddenly that evening or the next afternoon it loses spark and im stranded
Minuto 5:05 es la cuadra de mi casa, ahí el bus le pasó encima a una señora porque no giro despacio
Can you get load stops for this rack?
0:27 & 1:06 203mm front and rear is the way to go cus its the best performance, idk where you get that the front should be bigger or that it looks stupid
Short , Simple and helpful...👍,..Theres another video about "HoW to measure spokes " The GUy was yapping and yapping for almost 15 minutes , and Frikin just making it sounds complicated ,..Just going around and around ,..I shit dont understand a thing ,..Your Video is no BS , right to the Poinrt . Thanks for sharing ....
0:09 What is the name of the liquid you showed? How do I thicken the grease?
Que grandeeee
Good review, thanks!
Nice concept. I have a Suzuki DR650 that I ordered the Seat Concepts seat cover and foam for and the foam is rock hard... I don't think your butt goes numb from the sides of edges or the seat being too hard it's the middle where your tailbone rides that gets you after a while. I think I'll try your concept and see if it improves things. Thanks for the video.
Paraguay is my retirement heaven
What a tough little engine.
Hello there say I was looking for a review on the kenton 150 funny thing didn't aspect some one from the USA but any how I'm thinking about buying one here in Asuncion..
It will be interesting to hear the details about the accident, what I saw is that you travelled back to take care of the injury?. It looks very tempting to go and live in Paraguay for as long as they allowed and tour in a cheap bike, but having an accident and getting medical help maybe not worth it. I enjoyed very much your tour narrative, thx.
jajajajajajajajaja
Great idea! Any problems with grease reacting to the plastic?
Metal siringes, those to apply medicine to cows
So much like u i also bought 203 mm rotor and corresponding bracket to replace my 160 mm rotor in the front. But now im hesitating to do the install bc the internet is telling me its a really bad idea to do with QR skewer front wheel as the wheel will get ripped out of the drop outs bc of the increased leverage. another thing is that the fork itself might get ripped apart where the IS mounts are, unless the fork is rated for a 203mm disc, which my fork is certainly not (cheap bike). my bike is heavy as it is a diy ebike with heavy motor and battery and i could really use some more breaking power. so i have 2 questions: have u noticed any wear inside the eyelets on the fork (IS mounts), where the fork is connected to the adapter/bracket? And does your QR skewer loosen up after a ruff ride wit lots of braking?
It’s fine. The internet is dumb. Make sure the QR is properly installed - pros had always used QRs and never had a problem. It’s only for morons who don’t know how to properly tighten a QR.
And there have been zero problems. With anything. Never ever in life has anyone had a QR “loosen up” if properly installed.
Thanks for making this video! Huge help. I ended up not even having to remove the vertical piece of plastic and the U shaped piece came out without moving the seat around. Super easy after watching this.
Thanks for watching! Glad it helped
Love the design! Did you ever get it up and running? If you did, how fast did she go and how was the steering. Anything you would do different, if you built another one?
So I order a spoke to the lengths of the nipple? Not to the end of the thread of a spoke without a nipple on? Thanks
My Kia Sedona is a 2007. Very same process. So easy a girl can do it. It is also nice to see a video where the narrator knows the difference between a nut and bolt. I see so many vids where people call a bolt a screw, and nut a bolt, and a stud a screw, and all kinds of incorrect names. Good job. I'm doing mine for camping and all I want is one seat in the back for relaxation, computer work, etc. The large seat area makes a good trunk with a lid for great storage.
Thanks! Now that we have 4 kids I only take out the seat for a big load of Al thing special. And yeah, it’s generally good to know what you’re talking about!
Can you put the negative anywhere on the tank?
Bare metal. Yes.
Lit. Love you
Paraguay 🇵🇾 es único un saludo 👌🏻🇵🇾
Vuelvo a Paraguay en 2023!
that Anode should not touch the tank
True
Doing the same thing on the same bike that I use for bike polo. I generate quite a bit of heat with it being the only brake, on the front and me weighing in at 293. Cool to see what the bike looks like stock. Found mine as a frame only and gave it a new life on the Polo court.
I came on to RUclips to figure out an easy way to measure my spokes. After watching this video first I can now get off RUclips and measure my spokes. That was the easiest 5-minute research ever in my life thank you for a great video
Genius! Though that door thing would be something I would totally do.
👍👍🏼👍🏻👍👍🏼👍🏻👍👍🏼👍🏻👍👍🏼👍🏻😁
Do you know how to remove all the second row seats?
It's not nearly as easy as the back seats and was a pain to put them back in. Here's the video I followed ruclips.net/video/ZtoU_lDlK0Y/видео.html
@@matthew4904 damn thanks bro
@@declanmckee1185 LOL I'm guessing it was too late to help you with yours. After doing the middle seats a second time I didn't run into any problems getting them back in. Last time the lever to move the seat on the rails wouldn't line up for some reason and the seat wouldn't move after setting it down.
Thanks for creating and sharing this informative video!
Thanks for watching! I have three more suitcase bikes if you search my channel!
