Creality LED install - Ender 3 Neo
My ramblings while installing Creality LED light. I did not use the rail covers, and ended up using some strip caulk to hold the wire inside the rail.

My $0.02 about getting started in 3d printing
Great vids keep up the good work 😊
Thanks!!
How sweet, love to watch kitty
Nice printer
Thanks!
yea unfortunately you bought the wrong kit. the one i have wires right into the power port in the motherboard of my ender 3- neo. hopefully still working for ya.
Thanks for the confirmation! I figured as much. However, I did prove that it is adaptable to my model. The light is still working perfectly btw. Thanks for watching!
@@jwaynus4676 i was curious if you could hook it up this way .... seemed easier this way honestly
any reason the mainboard would be a better way to install it .... its not as if the board controls it or anything now if it did i would understand .... or is it to make sure the power is regulated correctly?
@@Illfaded11 I rarely use mounts since going it. It flickers while printing. I had a bad power supply that was causing another issue. Got a new power supply issue fixed but light still strobes.
Z-Offset not set on the printer so the nozzle is waaay to high.
Good observation. This was taken after extensive z-offset measurements, bed replacement, and a lot of cursing. Never could get it to work correctly.
I am debating between the two models too
I'll say there is a lot more support (company and community) for the ender than the anycubic. Printer quality and everything else aside, that is a really big deal.
Bro its so fast!!!
So fast it didn't have time to adhere a first layer, lol
As an owner of Anicubic Kobra Go I plan to upgrade to Neo right now and I don't understand what you talking about. Everything was smooth so far for me. Not a single problem with the bed.
The video is discussing the issues I had with the Anycubic Neo. I'm sure they are not common and I point out that their customer service was great. My personal experience was that I could never get the first layer to adhere properly, despite replacing the entire bed assembly. Best of luck on yours and thanks for watching!
Hey i am going to buy my first 3d printer but i am not able to decide which to buy ender 3 neo or anycubic cobra i am also new to 3d printing Please reply 🙏
I would highly recommend the Ender 3 Neo. Make sure it has CR Touch, the self leveling feature. Also the tempered glass bed is must for good adhesion. Good luck!
@@jwaynus4676thanks for your reply subbed ❤❤
you're saying that anycubic is unable to print a single thing. I respect but its very hard to believe this is an honest review
That is not what I said. I showed a print that failed. I had many others that I tried but all failed. The main issue was bed adhesion and getting the first layer down. I tried laser leveling the machine and bedplate, scrubbing the bed plate, glue on the bed plate, I had the bed plate replaced under warranty. I did not fail from lack of trying. All of which I stated in the video. Thanks for watching.
@@jwaynus4676 🙏
maybe you built it wrong
This is a possibility. It came mostly assembled, but the instructions were terrible. I did research assembly and operation thoroughly during my month of trying to get it working. Thanks for watching.
what parameters did you use in cure?
ultimaker cura*
I use the default setting for the Ender 3. That is one of the nicest parts about this printer, I haven't had to mess with any settings at all. It is literally print out of the box
@@jwaynus4676 maybe of you used the default parameters for the anycubic kobra It would worked; ive also had some problems on the default print of the printer that they give you but when i started researching and messing around the cura profiles i was able to print smooth things ad now i achieved 100ms print Speed on the outer Shell without any detail decreas; i only upgraded to a spring bed to adjust It manually and printed a Better fan duct for cooling the part and It d'ora perfect prints

Guess the Crapeality check cleared!!!
Not sure what you're implying. I've purchased 3 printers and wanted to share my experience. Creality wouldn't waste their time on me, but they make a great entry level printer. You are wlecome to your own opinion too though.
He has 6 subs lol
@@xSuperCartmanx You have 5. It doesn't matter though. He was just sharing his opinion.
I was hesitating, and this has been very, very helpful. Thanks
Yeah I have 4 and I wouldn't really recommend buying one

I was very close to buy the anybuic kobra Neo, This video may have saved me? are you still facing the issue, have you tried applying glue to print bed??(I'm am also buying my first 3d printer)
I would highly recommend Creality, especially the Ender 3 Neo or any model with the glass bed plate. First layer adhesion is a challenge for many printers and the glass bed plate has been amazing for me.
I tried many solutions with the Kobra but was never able to achieve print adhesion.
@@jwaynus4676 This past week I spent so much time researching 3d printers, I actually ordered elegoo Neptune 3 pro at $310(bcz of custom duty importing to India, actual price is $230) But I have canceled that and ordered Ender 3 Neo at $204 now, Thank you so much😊 I will spend the money I saved upgrading my ender.
@@AdityaKumar-cy2cr I am also buying my first 3d printer. Can we connect on insta or something?? I have some doubts

hello
hello
Nice printer!
Nice 3D printer 🖨️
The bed is too low. Raise it up to 0.2-04 mm or if it is well leveled, lower the height of the first layer in the software you use
Thanks for the info! I did move it down 2 clicks and it nearly finished the print. At some point, the print came loose and the nozzle melted the top of the print. The code came with the printer.
