They should. Mine were amazing. You can always add a tsp of white vinegar to increase the fluffiness too.

I can't quite see how you are getting the dough strands into the "pretzel shape. Could you explain?
From the centre of the dough you want to create a loop with two twists and then attach the ends of the dough to the circle. I hope this helps.
I'd like to separate the batter into 3 even bowls, then add freeze-dried strawberry powder and cocoa powder accordingly to make Neapolitan sugar cookies. How would the cocoa powder and strawberry powder fare with this recipe?
This sounds like an excellent idea. I would reduce the amount of flour with the amount of powder you're using and it should be fine. Would love to see pics and know how it turns out.

The sugar addition is a fun idea. I've done something similar to recipes and have had success. But I think either with or without sugar would work.
@@GlutenFreeGuy Would it be okay to keep dough in fridge overnight? Or you recommend only the 30ish minutes?
If you put it in the fridge have it rolled out to roughly the right thickness, then when you pull it out of the fridge it's close to what you need it to be and you can make it. Happy baking.

The problem here is: The flower has a Rice filler in it. Rice is not gluten free as many still don't know, it has orzenein gluten in it. A pity because this sounds soo good m8te.
Thanks for the information. The gluten-free all-purpose flour blend that I use has been tested to be gluten-free at each stage of the manufacturing process and reads less than 10ppm at any point. I, myself am super sensitive to any small amount of gluten and can tolerate this blend of gluten-free flour, and the results are magnificent.

Hey there. Thanks for the comment. Pawpaws can be purchased at a number of different farmers markets across Southern Ontario. I know of one in Ottawa, as well as a few places in Toronto and the Niagara Region area that sell pawpaws. You're looking at around $25.00 per lb. You could also check out Forbes Wild Foods in Toronto or Warner's Farm in Niagara area.

Funny, I was thinking of making some “bretzel”, and you make a video, that’s great!! I think I will surprise my kids. They haven’t been able to eat any in a while. I have to thank you once again, it’s been a bit over a year now that I found you and ordered Frankie’s for the first time, and , I have to say I have ordered since then quite a few times lol. The best flour ever, for us at least. Everything we try turns out great. And taste almost like the “normal” stuff as my kids would say. 😂

When I watched this video, the dough looked almost stretchy which seemed too good to be true......but......I had some pierogi filling and decide to try it since I really miss good pierogi. Well I have to say this was the best dough ever - it was so easy to roll...... I could put a lot of filling and the dough did not crack or rip. They were easy to seal and cooked up beautifully. They were soft yet sturdy enough to fry up with bacon and onions. An easy and wonderful recipe for tortellini (and pierogi) Thank you!

OMG, my first zucchini bread and it's so delicious. Thank you thank you. I'm sharing this recipe everywhere. The family loves it! I was too lazy to shred the cheddar. I used lactose free 3 cheese nacho mix and the jalapeno just works so great with the sweet taste. This will be a loaf I'll bake weekly I fear.

Just made these, I got 8 in total! I used the freee-foods (common brand in the UK) gluten free white bread flour, which has slightly different ingredients than the Frankie's one you use, but still worked well. They are delicious, though I struggled to get holes in most of mine, which I think was to do with the heat, medium heat on the small hob ring worked well for me in the end. I also poked some holes in with a skewer just before I flipped them which worked great. All round a great recipe and your video was really easy to follow, thanks!

We had 3 people over that are not gluten free taste it, and they all said the texture is good, the taste is good, it is hardly noticeable that it is a gluten free bread, so that is definitely a win!!

Just bought two young paw paw seedlings that are Asimina triloba variety. They are about 12 inches tall right now. Are they fast growing? How long to produce fruit, seven years or more? Thanks! Loved that you guys taste tested a variety of them and gave detailed descriptions. I didn’t realize that there were so many different ones, but it makes sense, why shouldn’t there be? I still haven’t tasted a paw paw fruit and am looking forward to one day trying them. 😋
Thanks for the comment. You're looking at 7-8 years. Pawpaws grow very slowly in the first few years to develop their roots and then they shoot up and will produce fruit when they are over 2 meters or 6.5 feet tall.
