@BEEFSTICKBEEFY Yes, you can do that. As long as they're connected well and insulated from short circuit. Without the clips it will even save space. Just hard maintenance. I still don't know why mine melted. I suspect the motor wire insulation slipped down and melted the connectors.

You're from the u.k. did she break in the rain? Use some RTV to seal it us yourself and focus heavily on sealing that battery in for safety reasons, of course.

It's the controller, not the motor. When the scooter is on and there is resistance that's the controller. If you're lucky some wires came loose, like the hall sensor

PITTSBURGH AUTOMOTIVE 8 in. Three-Jaw Gear Puller is probably the safest way. I used to handheld crow bars on both sides at the same time to even out the pulling force. Be very very very carefull putting in back on because it sounds like the bearing will come loose from the cap and unless the motor is removed from the scooter it will be hard to get nice a even pressure putting it back together because of the wire. You can bend the bearing. Get longer screws that fit the motor first, so when putting back together, you can use those screws to slowly pull that bearing back into the cap.

@@BIGDeZeL6 Ah thanks , when you used the crow bars ... What did you use to hold the motor down to pull it off? Yeah , don't really want to damage it... Trying to figure out my ERROR 07 on my scooter. So far , it's not the main controller , nor the battery ; so I'm hoping it's just a Hall sensor replacement needed . You think I should try the crow bar option then?

@@J-_-C I put a bolt and lock washer on the opposite side because the inner motor will lift out of the hub. I held it down with my feet

@@BIGDeZeL6 I already have the inner motor out of the hub . Mine looks like yours on your video at 5.04 . I just need the motor case to be removed to get to the Hall sensor . I just don't know how , it's fully stuck on .

The E6 error code signifies a communication issue between the scooter's controller and the display panel or dashboard. In most cases, this malfunction can be attributed to a loose or damaged connection.

The mantis is lithium ion 60v nominal but fully charged 67.2v. Your scooter is only charging to 80%. Either your batter is old and lost its ability to hold a charge, so drain fast and won't fully charge, or the BMS/wiring is bad. I personally would get that battery out of my house until I figure it out. When you hit a bump and experienced a cut off, tells me its wiring.

If you do it from the brake cables you'll lose regen brakes. But if this relay is disconnected the flash will stop but regen will stay.

It's possible. The battery is a pretty tight fit but you'll get good at getting it out. You'll also have to leave all of you deck screws out as well.

@@BIGDeZeL6 Thank you for responding to my question so If I remove the battery and have extra charging port Or remove the charging port out of the side of the scooter and take it with me to the apartment I will be able to connect the battery to the charging port and the charger to it and charge the battery Or do I need something else. From watching your video I see that you disconnect XT60 cables and Charging cables I'm wondering if the battery will get charged without XT60 cables being connected to the battery maybe this is silly question but I do not know much about Scooters Thank you

@@predator4341 don't be sorry thank you for wanting to know. Yes it will charge. The Xt60 ports are connected to the controllers. There's a third port for the charger connector.

This is true it does. I don't have any other high powered scooters to compare to. But as a person who fixes just about everything, I can tell tht if it moves it will break. That's a guarantee.

@@BIGDeZeL6 do you maybe know how to fix the front motor going half power because the seller is a scammer guarantee

@@strangetimes5993 I can tell some easy way to Diagnose it. First have you switch the controllers? Use the rear controller to run the front motor. If it continues at half power, it's the motor. If it goes full power it the controller. But try changing the battery terminals too, so you'll know if there's a bad connection when drawing power from the battery.

@@strangetimes5993 I'd say return the whole scooter. If you got a one year warranty? When I bought mine in 2019, kaabo was the fastest cheapest option. But there are a lot of scooter now.

The screen are very cheap. If the scooter functions fine. It's better to just replace them. But it will reset your settings.

@@BIGDeZeL6 itvwont power on again. It powered on for like 5 second and just went bbn blank. Proof. Doesn't power on. Think it may be the controller or the screen?

@@herozero227 you have to remove the rubber mat and take the battery put look at the wire. There's is very very little space inside but enough that battery slide a bit and smashes the wires

They are stock. I haven't had a need to touch them

@@BIGDeZeL6 when i order a new motor ,noticed there was a black connection on the old motor,and i have to put it on the new one for the tiny cables...

I just finished and tested already,everything is succesful.except i had to order a new air valve in order to install the tire,i hope i get it soon and have my scooter ready next week,i really need it for transportation to work!

@@BIGDeZeL6 ok I have the mantis 10 800W and it takes like one hour to charge but It doesn't charge fully and the battery bars on the display screen go's to one bar from four bars as soon as I ride it do you know what seems to be the problem I changed the battery and its still the same

@@sharwaran6796 that's a strange problem. I haven't experienced it. Is the scooter also lose its range? If not. Try disconnecting the display for awhile and allow it to reset itself.

I would try connecting that motor to the rear motor controller to eliminate any possible controller issues. Also make sure the blue green and yellow motor wires are insulated. Those little white caps break and the wires touch causing them not to work.

If you bought it from fluidfreeride talk to them. They'll sell it to you for $100. If not.... they're cheaper on aliexpress like $230

I learned it from experience. But the 3rd video I didn't upload cause i had a problem with the new motor. I found the motor was fine but signal wires were exposed a little and shorting each other. But it works fine. I just forgot to film the rest cause I'm new at this RUclips stuff.
