However, I’m wondering about the copyright issue, as I would need your permission to use it. Another issue is that you haven’t yet released the full track, and it doesn’t have a title that I could refer to in the remix title. Additionally, I don’t know what the final version of your track will sound like, which makes it challenging to think about a potential remix. I must admit, since yesterday I’ve been working on a version based on what you shared here because the melody has been stuck in my head. I like how almost every used sound has an 808 in it's name
the term 808 originiates from the Roland TR-808 drum machine, so the 808 clap, snare, hihat, are not actually bass sounds. theyre just sounds directly from, or in the style of the roland 808. using 808 as a term for a sub bass punch is actually because the Roland TR-808's kick drum had a notable tone on the end of it, so producers gradually made that tone longer in their own sound design until it was practically just an audible note, thus, the modern 808 bass.
