At 11:08 you can actually break through those boards with a running slide, which imo wouldn't violate the run as it's just movement tech, not an attack. It takes a few tries because of how tight the hallway is, but I managed to do it after 7 minutes of trying. What I did was build up my speed in the hallway with the staircase, then I'd run into the room and try to slide at the boards. If you manage to slide at the boards head on you'll break through them. The issue comes when trying to build up speed for the slide. You'll need to turn your camera at sharp 90 degree angles to ensure you don't bump into anything (which removes your momentum and stops you from sliding). It's hard but it's doable.

Dishonored will always be in one my top 10 best games honestly. Its so unique and despite the story being linear the way you can achieve those goals is very much "if you can make it happen, sure go for it!" personally I prefer Daud's dlcs cause I love the summon assassin. so much in fact I made a high chaos run of nothing but getting every rune and dumping them into things for assassins including pull and max vitality and blink. I have never seen an assassin clear an entire mansion of witches till that day and I am now terrified of the monsters I made. haha. awesome video and I look forward to watching the rest of your content.

The problem with dishonored challenge runs like this is that it's possible to beat the game with no powers, no knockouts (except the handful of times they're required), ghost, and clean hands. You just have to navigate around guard patterns. Extremely difficult but possible with saving and reloading, and/or trial and error. And of course it's easier if you play on low difficulty. Sooooo yeah

I mean you can beat the whole game without powers not killing anyone.

I think the dlc ending should depend on your chaos level on the main game it would be cool, like daud fate did not depend on him in the end

With all technicality you can beat Dishonored without any weapons.

Wonderful to see people playing after this long. Had a nostalgia moment just now and checked if there were still new videos, and I'm happy to see anyone remembers our work. I did nearly all the character animation for the game, so it's nice to see it in action still in some form. Regardless of the game ending up being removed due to... lots of reasons, it's wonderful to see :)

1:12 So true. I jumped right into 2 after playing 1 without doing the DLC and had no idea who she was. It was a unique experience most people don't get, though, to try and piece together her lore and what happened before the game just from the info you get in 2. Also very funny how the Billy Lurk reveal did absolutely nothing for me because I had no idea who she was either.
