Thanks to our members, the Shuman family now has their backyard ADU completed for the new year.
The project was previously left abandoned by another contractor, and the family didn’t know where to turn. Our members stepped in and turned this shell of a project into a home.

Hiring a NARI professional saves you time, money and headaches.
It is sad that hundreds of us paid progress payments yet ATH didn't pay the money to the vendors. How did a company go through $95M when they didn't pay the contractors and were behind on bills? The owners bought homes and luxury vehicles and the deposit money from hundreds of customers vanished into thin air. They fraudulently stacked big commercial loans against their receivables and then moved the money. They were immediately in default on those large loans.bThe big question is where did the money go? In bankruptcy, you can't have large sums of money transfers within 90 days. Are they waiting until the end of October to cover up the missing money? We will have to wait and see.
