How did a southern rock band wind up on Long Island?
Southern Rock?? Like Kansas?Skynard? Alabama?? They're from Arizona which is in the southwest, but they're full on Rock.

Does Robin Live there?
Yes, he started doing weekly livestreams in his home studio during Covid and did a couple of outdoor shows that were streamed on Facebook and RUclips with members of The Smithereens, Joe Jackson's band and his son - he invited his neighbors (and a few lucky friends 🤩) to watch live in his front yard. I haven't posted many from then (August and Halloween of 2020) - but I'll search my phone and post them in a bit.

I first met him years ago at one of the Gin Blossoms' shows near me. He bought me a GB t-shirt with his own money, right out of his wallet, and then took my address and sent me a huge box full of live GB recordings on CD, posters, stickers, and all kind of other Gin Blossoms trinkets. He's been AMAZINGLY nice to me every time I've talked to him.

I'd give up my left testicle if I could go back in time to this day. I'd have been on my feet dancing. Robin wouldn't have needed to encourage me to do so. I love his voice, and the music is so good.
