The air pods are great for streaming music but bad at natural voice sounds. This is because they use a closed tip compared to a vented tip that most but not all hearing aids use. A vented tip allows natural sound to get to the ear which is good for people like me who have good low frequency hearing but then my hearing curve declines with the high frequencies. So with hearing aid like the air pods with closed tips the sound becomes muddied. Also closed tips make wind noise reduction very hard and the AirPods are horrible in the wind.

There was an old Cartoon call 'Chaotic' or something like that. You just can scan the monster with a tablet or phone, then become the monster digitally. It was interesting. People need to stop stealing, and give innovation a chance.

This sets a terrible precedent, this isn't a first but probably will become the most popular case of this sort of thing in modern times meaning if the bigger guy wins, then other big companies will feel emboldened to do things similar which could hurt a lot of competition thus stifling actual innovation, and probably kill the indie scene because people who want to make a game for fun and maybe make money off of it will be afraid that they're indirectly infringing on a patent they didn't even know existed.

Nintendo should sue over Temtem because Temtem's TemCard works in the same way as Pokeball, although it is not a sphere, but the patent doesn't say what shape the object should be. And, when this is taken into account, Nintendo should sue over any game that uses any object to catch creatures.
