Wanna talk about wellness? How about clinics actually picking up phones. How about trusting the employees are going to do their jobs like sending necessary documents to patient's doctors. How about having staff that actually cares about customers instead of being chismosos right in front of patients. How about a patient being able to make a damn appointment?? Which I have not been able to do, because like said, nobody seems to know how to pick up a phone!
