If anyone is wondering, total system failure is a hoax. The worst an image can do is crash your computer (and that's if you're ULTRA unlucky). Destroying the operating system is impossible, unless you haven't updated anything since 1991. You can't even inject code in an image file because the image viewer won't be able to recognize it. It's like telling a washing machine to do your taxes. Even if the operating system was destroyed, you can just reinstall it if you have a USB flash drive (or DVD if your computer has a DVD drive) with your operating system on it.

I don't think the last one is real. As the "BOOTMGR" file which is in control of your computer starting up, Is on a different drive which without partitioning it you or any other program can't delete it..
You're on the right track, but not there yet. From what I know, your comment is talking about newer versions of windows. Other operating systems use the same drive for booting. Also, you CAN delete necessary operating system files that are stored on the same drive.

To the audience that are still confused if possible there are some informations where kong didn’t mention or specify within the walkthrough of this ARG Step 2: In order to get the hash within all 5 images you needed to obtain the numbers or letters that are shown in them 1: 3c7f9136fb168ffb76 2: 631 3: 6ea 4: You needed to use an ascii decoder (hinted by IBM 367) to get the remaining hash digits 4ca1a5 5: You needed to use the hints GSC 02757-01152, December 5th 2008, and Hat-P to figure out that the blurred text is 8b Step 3: This step was so easy that it was solved unintentionally and the way to solve it was to use a rail fence cipher (hinted by the image) and using 6 to shift it. Step 6: The file’s name (G2P) refers to Green To Pink giving you the beginning and end order making it easily possible to brute force the order. Step 9: Convert the letters into numbers using a1z26 to make it decodable in numpad.
