Yes this only took place in the US, but maybe in the future they will tour international. My guess is that they will start with Mexico and Canada and then they’ll begin to tour in Europe. But hopefully this video gave you some insight of the BFDI x II tour

Probably it’s because the Bells are synced to the light signal so if the bells are switched off the lights will too, it probably also continues throughout the life for extra warning
