Hohner has been an engineering company over 90 years and for over 65 years has specialised in the design and manufacture of wire stitching equipment. Oh das errinnert mich an die Produktion mit LWC-papier. 4S US + 2x16S (kreuzbruch) + 8S(parallelmittenfalz). Da war mehr nicht drin und man war froh wenn es durch war. Was mich an dem Hohner nicht so gefällt sind die kurzen Abständen zwischen den Mitnehmern der Sammelkette. Aber sonst schöne Maschine. Würde ich gern mal live sehen.

Warum keine 13.000 die Stunde? Sieht aus wie höchstens 8.500 Stück pro Stunde.
Fahren Sie bei schneebedeckter Straße die Höchstgeschwindigkeit, die Ihr Auto zu leisten vermag? Haben Sie schon einmal ein 50 gr. Rollen-Offset Papier in dieser Form verarbeitet? Dann dürften Sie eigentlich wissen, dass unter diesen Voraussetzungen technisch keine 13.000 Takte möglich sind.
@@hohnerpostpress1209 wenigstens eine ehrliche Antwort. Dankeschön. Andere Hersteller hätten ein Video gezeigt wo die Maschine 1 Minute Volllast läuft. Bringt aber nichts wenn ich jede Minute Stopper habe oder Qualität nicht passt.

@@hohnerpostpress1209 bs! I used to run Norske Skog 45gsm newsprint at 14k on a Prima Plus. Tricky to get trimming consistently but not impossible, and it pays off in longer run lengths.
