Master Wang,I have a request. I've been practicing 陈式太极单剑 for a while. This taichi sword video is just until No.44斜飞势,I would be very happy if you could post another video for the form 45 - 49. Or a video of whole 49 forms of 陈式太极单剑。。。 You must be very busy, but think about it please🙏 I like practicing, following your videos.

I like this exercise and will definitely add it to my routine but in the vid your feet and knees are together but the english writing says shoulder width apart which I'd translate as slightly wider. Is the writing incorrect? Thanks again for your videos i really appreciate you teaching.

Hi friend😊, bending legs can help with leg strength and flexibility and protect your knees. Keeping a bend in elbows allows for an uninterrupted flow of energy throughout the body. Straightening the joints can create tension, which might block this flow.
