Is there a manual anywhere that I can look at online

I just got mine and would liked to have had this dongle come included with the bike instead of purchasing it separately to tune esc.Also should have included a manual with fastest to slowest settings on the bike since most ppl aren't usually very familiar with tuning electric bikes!! But Thanks for everything else bc it does kickass & truly fun bike to ride around town & trails.

I got the bike and most of the threads are broken so I cant screw in either of the pegs or fenders and the breaks are constantly engaged

I cancelled my order before it shipped, you never responded and still shipped it. Is Tuttio going to refund me and pay for the return shipping or stick the customer with the bill? I'm not knocking the bike for whoever is interested in buying one.... please do.... this is just my experience with this company. Hopefully tuttio responds to this comment unlike their email. I think that's the point. They're trying to show you the "recommended" settings, not the setting that will max it out. If you watch the video they dropped all the settings down, from 3500 RPM to 1200 RPM
