No, you just haven't seen more recent footage. Lee is the only one that has aged well, looks-wise. Thurston looks like a lesbian kindergarten teacher and Kim looks like Dog the bounty hunter. To be honest, I haven't seen any recent images of Steve, and he always did look like a middle school kid, so he's probably still somewhat ageless.
I love how dorky they all are. They never gave into the cheesy, drama, and drug ridden rockstar lifestyle.
