What's funny is that this channel has actual footage of trains on it.
To be fair to Amtrack, a majority of those were from collisions with cars
A fair portion was also “other trains”. Makes you wonder how that happened.

Nice to see some MN footage in winter. I made the drive from Ohio to film at Croton Harmon in August 2023. Had a blast at several stations up and down the line. Can't wait to go back.

Hey! 108 has been doing 49/48. She’s taking 49 today and it’s rare that she hasn’t gone to Chicago or taken 449/448. You should catch it while you can.
Luck for me is in the negatives, all the times it’s been on 48 my parents have had to do stuff, and 49 is a no go because it gets to croton just as my dad gets home from work

The day when Amtrak’s P32AC-DMs and Amfleets retire for Lake Shore Limited, will they still use the Diner, Viewliner and Baggage Cars II in service??
Not too sure, they’ll probably retire the Viewliner 1’s but I doubt they’ll retire the Viewliner 2’s since they were just recently built

Accidents happen all the time, sometimes there’s no avoiding them. Also just because there’s something called accidents doesn’t mean that your family can’t go on trains
