Welcome, I’m Cindy, a perfectly imperfect human navigating my way through the energies of my 3D existence.
I am an intuitive healer & energy worker. I’ve received healing and comfort during some difficult times from my spirit guides who have been protecting me throughout my life. Many years ago, I denounced my ability because of the type of messages I was receiving. To be honest, it scared the crap out me and I became traumatized. Hardest part has always been letting go of what others view as appropriate or healthy for individuality and accepting that I do not fit into that normative definition. As an adult I have learned how to be cautious about letting people into my personal space because my energy is a direct reflection of theirs. It is as if I release energy, and how it reflects back through theirs will either return recharged or drained. BUT that dependency on others isn't wrong or bad. Shutting others out or ignoring my need to feel the happiness and light in others hurts me. I simply need to be careful.
Energetic Reciprocity is the key. Recognizing those who just take your energy without investing in you is what I call energetic vampires. People who live in a space of really dense energy that consists of chaos, confusion, or illusion. They struggle to understand themselves or the world around them. When you engage with them enough you begin to feel drained and challenged in the relationship, combative even. That is when we can look at ourselves to ask the question why. Why are we engaging with someone who does give back? What lesson is my shadow aspect trying to teach? Shadow is our teacher, tour guide if you will, and will reveal the answer if you ask. Difficult people in our lives, those who challenge us is an opportunity for us to look inward to find our own truth. What I’ve learned is if my energy is below par, I only engage with those who reciprocate. To know the difference is to recognize effortless encounters vs challenging ones. ✌️
