You are definitely not far into the learning if you can count the number... But i would imagine since i have had English as my second language in school from 3rd to 9th grade and have spent the last 20+ years playing games and interacting with others in them in english and been reading novels in English daily that i could potentially fair better than an average American in my vocabulary.
