I keep getting emails of price drops almost daily on homes I saved in Delaware. I'm just waiting out for the election to see what happens early next spring. We moved from New Jersey to Florida 2021, but we should've just kept vacation here instead 😂. The honeymoon phase is over🤣. Delaware seems like a vibe, and we can see ourselves calling it home at some point.

30 min from Wilmington and Dover, 1 hour from Philly and Delaware Beaches, 2 hours from DC and NY. It really is the middle of alot of places

If I had all the money I needed, I’d move to North Wilmington. The people are amazing, the natural scenes are beautiful, the food and drinks in town are great. So many things to do. Easy access to I-95 north to go to Philly games and airport for trips, take south bound to go down state to visit the beautiful beaches and fun beach towns. The History here is rich and the historic parts are a must to visit! Never gets old for me. I’m 28, I was born here and will likely die here. I pray that my state always stays tax free and not overpriced so others can come and see how decent it is here.

I moved to Delaware from PA last year and it's a much better state to live in my opinion. Taxes are far lower, there is tons to do, and the roads/neighborhoods are much better laid out. I'm happy I made the move.

Crime is not bad in Delaware. There is some as expected but not anything i would ever worry about.

We just moved here last March from Southern CA. With the majority of our relatives living on the east coast, and with a decent tax situation in DE, what's not to love? Our retirement house is in greater Lewes. The people are nice in general, and your podcast is revealing. I will send it to my daughter and her boyfriend who are looking to settle down in DE. Absolutely boring no transportation No good eateries unless u like fast foods no night life or entertainment Every thing locked dwn by 7pm Delaware is divided in 2 zones 😅 Ur either far away out in the farmlands new housing or dead in the city row homes near gangsta Chester PA or Filthydelphia PA😅

Delaware is a Restaurant Desert!!!! Especially KENT COUNTY. Frederica Pizza & Pasta is like most Delaware Restaurants, Processed Fast food!!!!! I have lived in Dover/Delaware for 6 years and all the restaurants you mentioned there are average at best. But sadly this is not unique to Delaware. America goes for quantity, quick and not quality. Love the people and the State, but as for the food?, C-.

I live in the west and am looking into moving to Delaware or Maryland. It takes me 30 minutes just to get to the grocery store where I currently live lol, I used to have a 40 minute commute to work and a 1 hr commute to college from where I live. Driving across the state in DE to find things to do would not be a problem for me lol, and besides, I'm much more of a "quiet ocean life" person than a "busy night life" person :3
