How about a round where you have gatling guns on your mothership and use them to smash up bigger asteroids so that the next round you can go out and retrieve them. You can't go wrong with a gatling gun in space!

This has potential. Some suggestions/maybes: Add a gun that will shoot at the nearest, smallest, non-green asteroid to break it apart. Or maybe the RCS thrusters will do that, and you have to be careful *not* to break asteroids apart. If you could also affect the red asteroids, you could move them out of the way. That would be especially strategically useful if your RCS thrusters posed a danger of creating a Keppler syndrome 😂

I am so glad RUclips is recommending me these small indie dev videos recently. Great to see people making games. Have you considered on what kind of platform to release this, could it work as a mobile game? Reminds me of Retro City Rampage and old GTA games so I get the feeling it would be great to be able to take anywhere. Hopefully once this semester is over I can continue on my own game development journey. I am working on a resident evil clone with fixed cameras and tank controls.
