Hi Tanisha, Sorry for the delayed response. I did not pursed a job in the UK because I never had plans to stay there after completion of my degree and I did not looked for job in India because I wanted to explore more opportunities for me(I know it sounds dramatic). Also, to be very honest with you the job situation in the UK is not right, it takes around 1 year after completion of your course to get a job that too if you have a degree in any humanities subject its quite difficult to find a job and there are high chances that you might not get a job in your desirable field. You would have to go for a phd degree if you want to get a job in english lit. I though of giving a try to UPSC and govt. exams but right now I am done with it I no longer want to purse something that would not lead to my growth. Getting a degree from abroad would open up your mind, it comes with a lot of perks when its about your development but when you want to get a job there you might find yourself in a difficult situation. Nonetheless, I do not want to discourage you everyone has their own unique experiences, you might get a job quickly after completion of your course, you never know what’s gonna happen next. If you want to give it a try you should go for it, and even if it does work as per your plans you can give it some time you might be able to get a decent job there, as for me I did not want to give time so I returned back. Also, rn I am sort of experimenting with my as I have nothing to loose and I want to figure out what’s best for me. I hope it helps. Thanks

Hey, I think the topic that you have to write your essays on for admission process are given in the University’s website. You might want to go through them and if it does not help lmk. As for me the topic on which I wrote was decided by my university for the admission process.

Yes for masters you need your undergraduate degree and you would have to score more than 65% and if you want to pursue your bachelor’s then ig it would be a bit higher marks.
