Documentary film by @dylanleeder featuring Ultra Runner, Evan Birch. A story about the intersection between running and mental health. An opportunity to run toward, rather than run away.
The documentary follows Evan's journey after a two decade career in emergency services and a diagnoses of PTSD, alongside his relationship with ultra running. Pushing the edges of human potential, all while coming from a place of joy, self-love and a deep respect for the journey he has taken both mentally and physically.

This is why I gravitate towards long distance running. It gives you that ample space and time to process whatever you need to deal with. Such an inspiring short film!
