Добавлен 13 авг 2024
Hi, my name is Karen Williams. As a former registered nurse, I felt something was missing in traditional healthcare. Discovering essential oils transformed my approach to health, leading me to embrace aromatherapy. Now, I create blends that promote a healthier lifestyle and share my knowledge with friends, family, and beyond. Aromatherapy has enriched my life and my family's, bringing us closer to natural living and well-being.

At first, I thought it was macaroni, and I was very confused 😂
What kind of wax did you use? Soy wax?
please never inhale essential oils. it is damaging to your lungs (google it). a good practice to have is to never inhale something for 'medical purposes' unless directed to by a liscenced medical practitioner
You should still use tweezers for yourself, it is not good to get essential oils directly on your skin queen
Which blend goes into the freezer?
Wonder what the recipe is?
I have used hydrosols , and like them.
Where can we buy the oils and Hydrosols?
You can find the essential oils here: www.aromatics.com/collections/essential-oils And the hydrosols here: www.aromatics.com/collections/hydrosols Have fun blending and let us know how it goes! 💕
Thank you. very interesting. I use lavender hydrosol all the time. It is very popular.
So with Aromaceuticals, do they distill hydrosols to get the hydrosols meaning do their hydrosols have that top quality?
Aromatics not Aromaceuticals
Yes, all Aromatics International hydrosols are distilled for the hydrosol as the primary product. They also only use copper stills.
Would love to know the recipe please? ❤
Yes, but not often

@@eleanormcmurray9439 We really appreciate you being apart of our community, and hope to see you at our next live event on RUclips (sometime next month). 💕
I have a Chamomile hydrosol.
Hi! Great video! I LOVE kpangnan butter! I first tried it because I dont like shea and cocoa butter either because of the aroma (cocoa butter does NOT smell like chocolate to me) or the thick greasy feeling from shea. I absolutely fell in true love with kpangnan butter. I use it plain (very soft and silky with no greasiness). I also use it in my chapstick recipes, my deodorant recipes and my perfume stick recipes. Any butter blend I can use kpangnan in, I do! Love love love kpangnan butter! Im so glad you have this new channel! Looking forward to more videos! Thank you and everyone at aromahead and aromatics for all you do. Love you guys!
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear how much you love kpangnan butter and how creatively you use it. Your support means the world to us, and we’re so grateful to have you as part of our community. We can’t wait to share more with you! Love right back from all of us 💕

I made the juniper berry balm to help with my arthritis in my hand and love it!
Thank you so much for sharing and so glad you liked this balm 💕
Can i replace the butters with dome basi oil?
How does clove bud help with autoimmune disease?
Such a great question! There is some really interesting research around clove bud and its potential to support areas like thyroid function, metabolism, and adrenal health. This topic is so layered that I’ve been thinking about hosting a workshop to explore it further-still just an idea for now! 😊 I’d love to share more when the time feels right.
@@ThrivingAromatherapist I have psoriatic arthritis and myofacitis. It would be awesome to address these. My legs and muscles get so achy sometimes. I make a blend with juniper Berry and it helps some.

I love the power of storytelling to both transport and inspire, so I really appreciate the beautiful introduction. I have arthritis in my hands and use Kpangnan butter a lot, so I decided to make the blend immediately after viewing. I've never really minded the "grittiness"in blends using this beautiful butter before, but I put the blend into the freezer as Karen suggests, and must admit that the smoother texture is absolutely lovely. I added a few extra drops of Balsam Copaiba and substituted Comfrey Leaves Infused Oil for the jojoba, so my blend is a soft sage green in color. Thank you Karen for yet another educational and enjoyable essential oil presentation.
I love this! Thank you for your positive comments and a Comfrey infusion would be beautiful! The color sounds gorgeous and adding more oils is fine. So glad you enjoyed! And that you tried the freezer tip!!
I am going to make this. What is this little eat plate thing you're showing? I want one. 8-) Thanks for all you do to bring us these wonders.
Hello:) Are you talking about the heating device? It is a tea warmer that has 3 settings - the highest is 170°. I often use this method of melting butters for a small container such as a 1 oz or 2 oz. Works so well! Thank you for your comments!
oh goodness. I meant to say hot plate. I love that you were using a tea warmer to melt the carriers or the butters. What a great idea.
I’m so glad you included your RUclips link to find you! I’ll be trying this inhaler ❤
So glad you're here 💕 I'd love to know what you think of the blend after you make it. Have a wonderful weekend - Karen
