15% gear is luckily not required. Around 14.5% for the attack and hp is enough and 14.2 for the defense is what I have on most gear sets. But still, you have to be cautious of your resources

I am not planning on doing guild wars for now but maybe in the future and Top 100 geared PvP is not worth it
