hi mate! very interesting; some questions: about the production flow; 1st --> cad /3d model: how can you prepare it? using which software? I think it is very difficult to make this body using a parametric CAD; maybe you have to use non-parametric CAD, create STL file and transform it in STEP file? Please, I am very curious to know this info. Thank you!

This better be affordable with a base made of aluminum. Any high frequency tool made from aluminum is generally not great for precision.

Sturdy and Aluminum don't go in the same sentence bro. The machine is Junk without a Cast Iron Bed. The 2nd best option is a Steel frame filled with Epoxy, Rocks and Sand.
