OILY RAGGED 1941 FORD DUALLY
Its been a pleasure working on this vehicle. The brief from the customer was simple, "get it running so I can use it".
Where possible we have refurbished parts instead or straight out replacing them, as if the vehicle had never left the original owner from 1941 and they had just repaired parts in their farm workshop.
This truck for us is a true "oily rag" restoration for that reason, just making the truck function instead of making it look like it did back in the forties is just better, mother nature has worked hard on the truck and all the dinks and rust tell a story.
Icing on the cake was lifting all that patina. We did this using boiled linseed oil. This might sound alien using something ...

A planned drive out turned out to be quite the eventful evening for us. Simple plan. 1. Take the @sofu.ki.mx5 out for its first drive out since blowing the motor up last year. 2. I was at Oulton Park for Tunerfest North yesterday. I was umming and ahhhing about going Friday and Saturday morning, and if I'd had own about this event, I wouldn't blown off Tunerfest and gone there instead. Looked like an awesome day.

great video but id stop filming on an iPhone in cinematic mode. it gives weird halos around people and it looks strange. It also causes quite a few sections to be blurred when trying to show specific bits on the cars so they get a bit lost as people can’t really see what you’re trying to show

You need the David Vizard Mini book.
Take the top,arm off and it will slip in. The old one came out because it was knackered. The new one is bigger. Remove the top arm.
