Evaporative cooling in clay pot || Porous clay pot || Water to Vapor Phase Transfer at Clay Interfac
This video explains the process of evaporative cooling in a clay pot. Water evaporates from the surface of the clay due to the vapor pressure at a given temperature. During this evaporation, heat is absorbed from the clay and the water inside the pot, causing a reduction in the temperature of the clay pot.
