About 10 years ago I went for a reiki with crystals healing session and I had this vision of myself holding my inner child inside a cave. She pootled off, and when she came back, she was holding a large red crystal. She sat on my knee and we held it together, turning it around and around in the dim light. Still it shimmered, still it possessed power. I came out of the session and I had loads of thoughts whirling around in my head. I wanted to quickly write them all down. I walked in to the nearest pub (!) and I asked the barmaid if she had a piece of paper and a pen. She said, no, but here's a piece of till roll. She then rummaged under the bar and when she popped her head back up, she said, I haven't got a pen, but here's a red crayon. Fantastic! 🥰💚🙏 So true re the nervous system.
