I'm proud of you. I'm 50 and I had to learn how to manage my own anxiety. I pushed myself and now I do anything and everything I want to do, sans any other company. I go to movies by myself, out to breakfast, lunch, and dinner by myself, and travel internationally by myself. You can do this! 🤗

The truth is… We need to workout to achieve a healthier lifespan over a longer period of time. I don’t wanna be in my 60s and can’t move my joints because I haven’t been training them enough over the course of my lifetime. I don’t wanna be 70 and have lost all muscle mass and become weak and helpless because I haven’t practiced building muscle through working out. Working out and moving your body daily is a necessity for health over time and while I enjoy your other content I don’t think this is a positive message.

I’ve 4c hair, I know everyone is different BUT not 4c hair. It’s the same for everyone who has it. it’s tightly coiled, kinky as duck. shrinks when wet with no hang. I see hang and bounce on your head… and texture is looks soft..
