I don't buy name brand clothes or shoes because they are ridiculous high. When I was a teen I used to begg my mom to buy me Holster, North western and other name brand clothing items. She would always buy them but only when they were on sale. When as I got older I realized what a one sided investment it was (profitable for the saler and costly for the buyer). So I told not to buy me name brand any more and found affordable alternatives. One name brand buying circus I refused to take part in was name brand shoes. $200 dollars and up for one pair of shoes is outrageous. I don't buy those shoes either.
