Content idea: If you dont already have a video that covers this. Would you suggest to connect it to your personal Facebook or Instagram account? Would that make it easier to manage? has anyone on this planet managed to create a new instagram account over last 5 days? I've tried all the ways on 5 different devices, using 3 different starting profiles. Always ends with error. What is even more frustrating the user name entered becomes unavailable, though the process didn't complete. In some attempts I even got emails with confirmation code, but after entering the code I got message, that my username though it was positively verified just seconds before, is now unavailable. Are they having issues with code quality?

So I switched from SquareUP to Big Commerce 9 months ago. I sell Hand-crafted soap & skincare products. I find Big Commerce to suck up a lot of my time. I left Square because it became unreliable. I had lost orders & frequently updates on the platform hid my products without me being aware until customers complained... switching to Big Commerce was very time consuming. I cannot set up "Tax Exempt" for my wholesale orders because that requires an upgrade to my account. So I still keep my Squareup account to send out invoices for my wholesale customers. It's been frustrating because no platform has a good invoicing option that compares to Squareup. and i should be able to do both in one platform. My overall impression is that Big Commerce is for much larger businesses than mine. I keep investing more and more time tweaking the complex settings for basic issues when i get a customer complaint. I have no idea how many lost customers I have that didnt take the time to reach out to me. SquareUp was much easier to use. I wish the platform was reliable. Im still considering switching to Shopify. Every time I have an issue & have to spend an hour with customer support to fix a basic feature that was seamless on Squareup, I am on the verge of switching. But i keep telling myself it will get easier. so far it hasn't...but the customer service is good. you dont get any customer service with Shopify. At the same time i wouldnt need to contact tec support so much if their site was more intuitive.
