Thanks for confirming the top 3 crystals to have. These are constantly my go-to crystals that I always have at least one of them in my crystal grids.

I have found that any spiritual work - meditations, ritual, reiki - all of those help me get through Mercury Retrograde. The other thing that might happen is tech issues with email or the internet. Also I use Van Van spiritual oil during this time as it helps with the spiritual boost.

Some people also use a large paper clip that they bend the ends of as a nose wire. Just another idea though I still prefer pipe cleaners for comfort.

Wow! Your email led me here, what a coincidence. For I am searching online on how to cleanse gemstones for weeks when I red an article that gemstones need to be cleanse like every month. All I thought was just wear it and thats it lol! Question. About the selenite wand, can I put all my gemstone bracelets altogether in the wand? I'm also considering the Palo Santo smudging. You are right about the baggage that we bring with us as humans or maybe a blockage in our chakras that can affect our way of living our lives. I definitely need to meditate more to make me feel more grounded. One question.. Do I have to re-cleanse the bracelet? I know the bracelet I got from you has clear quarts which I found it really cool that it has natural cleansing properties in them. Does this mean that it would clean the negativity off the bracelet naturally? I really want to learn more about ways on how to cleanse crystal stones or bracelets.
