I meet Tom Plaz in 1988 at a GNC store he was spokesperson for cybergenics a company that advocated warrior diet. That was my first experience with warrior diet and it worked very well on me. Now that I am 63 years old it turns out its a life saver long term for type 2 diabetics.

I lost 120 lbs. the first 100 in six months. Completely off medicine. Was 5 metformin and 5 shots of insulin daily. I eat six meals a day and exercise. Would the warrior diet ruin what I've already accomplished? I never want to be in meds again.

Never had any problems with Sostenon 250. The only time I have ever had a problem has been when I tried testoprim D bad experience. Mexicans they say to warm it up to get around the problem. Still had a bad experience.
