A late track limit penalty rendered me to P18, but still an awesome race considering it was practice race as I am getting ready for an upcoming league race.

How do you get it to turn the wheel like that if I did I’m in the wall or just don’t do any assist?
Hi! :) I’ve been sim racing with no assists since I got started with F1 2020. As for turning the wheel that much it is a combination of things that enable me to maintain the grip, such as timed braking, downforce, tyres pressure and trail braking.
That VB car colors is fire 🔥 the best one in F1 24
there's no way the second person following is +17 sec away. you must be playing the "please favor me" mode of the game. lol
Agreed, I must be playing that "Please favour me" mode... ;) LOL I did not realize the gap until I saw you comment. I normally race at AI 90, and these league races are at only 65 or so, and being only 25% races, I guess not making many mistakes allowed me to grossly beat the AI. That said, the AI in Zandvoort may not be that efficient, I have seen many inconsistencies across the various tracks unfortunately, in that version and in the F1 23 version too.

It is, but it seems like a fix is in the works now, and someone said that there is a workaround (see: forums.codemasters.com/topic/90134-not-starting-the-race-in-the-position-i-qualified-f2-drivers-career/?do=findComment&comment=669798)

Hi! I am really enjoying the Fanatec setup. Did you get your and is it all functional. I had to tighten some screws inside the wheel (with some Allen keys) as it was disconnecting. Awesome road fell I find.
@@sparkyf1sim466 Yes I received mine Wednesday, could not be happier, had alot of work with settings etc but the games Ive tried worked wonders. Have not had any issues that you are describing, other than my temporary playseat challenge which I have made some reiforcements to 🤣

Exactly, I even got the car straight, and as I tried to move and give space, I was pushed one more time. but that is all part of racing and learning to be a better a racer! :)
