I had someone who has more experience than me do it just because I didn't have a garage at the time so didn't really want to attempt it myself without a proper workspace. If you are good with electrical wiring, it's really not that difficult. All the boxes are Wireless so you just need to wire them to each doors window switch power, and thats it

Yea unfortunately the interior is mostly recycled from the same 2019 model. I think since the small car market isn't that great Genesis isn't really investing in it

May void the bumper to bumper warranty, they can tell when panels have been removed and reinstalled.

​@@jaredshelton4718that's what I was thinking.. And door panels never go back together the same. Not worth it to me. I have a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty on mine and I am for sure not going to take apart panels in my car. Done that before, things always rattle afterwards and just don't look the same.

Where did you order them

You have to find someone who knows what they are doing. All 4 door panels have to come off and any incorrect placement is going to cause loud door rattles with the box. I called more than 20 shops before i found one who sounded like he knew what he was doing. Mostly Audio install or other customization shops. You can also look up shops that do the star headliners and call them

The kit comes with 1 main controller and 4 sub controllers. You can connect each sub controller to any power source on the door and the main controller to any power source under the dash (fuse box). You don't have to run the wires from the doors to the center.

I have it layed above the silver trim piece with the provided tape. Not the best solution but its impossible to tell because of the depth of that piece and it looks fine

​@luisito710 the install took over 8 hours with me and a professional because we were doing all the possible techniques to hide the wires. It is tough but definitely play around and you will find the ideal spots
