Finally something worked for me. After doing almost all the trick available on RUclips . Restart ,once it's connected for some time In that golden moment just run windows trouble shooter from connected network properties ( bottom left pop up menu for wifi) . I never knew , something as stupid as windows trouble shooter will work ever in entire life.😅
