My opinion is that there's no need to have more than between 1.5 - 1.7 g of protein per kg of body weight for muscle gain, studies shows no significant proof of adding more protein than that actually makes a difference in terms of your ability to built more muscle and so far its been working for me this way.
Everybody is different do what works for you.

This includes saying yes to people who do not reciprocate. I had that truth slapped upside my head in my late twenties. When I realized that I was doing all the work but the people in my life were just taking it. I was the only one working in all the relationships in my life. It's a hard truth to learn.

It isn't fillet it's filet with a single l if you are using the French name filet mignon (i.e. the dainty steak). If not just tenderloin or fillet steak wil do. Fun fact, if you go to France and ask for a filet mignon they will give you pork tenderloin as the other one is called filet de boeuf.
