I love Palmeira restaurant. It's amazing for breakfast / brunch. I think Snow City is overrated. Serrano's, Simon and Seaforts, and Tequila 61 are also yummy lunch and dinner spots. It was nice to see inside the new Aviator renovations.

Homer is just lovely in the summer, I lived there for about a year. Great place!

I've went to Jamaica in 2023 Dec. I did a 6 hour bus tour which included a stop at a bird park and then we stopped for some coffee. My feelings : It's naturally beautiful The people are friendly Most of Jamaica is a 3rd world dump Many of the residents are high on dope., incl our bus driver We also stopped at Grand Cayman, amazing, safe and beautiful, just not cheap. Bahamas, beautiful sea etc but what you'll get to see on a tour is mostly 3rd world. Cozumel, love, love, love... I really like Mexicans, more friendly and genuine than most Americans I've met. Also very cheap and the coral reef is just plain stunning.

What do you think had the best snorkelling between the two islands?

Which months are shoulder season? Also, how are there mosquitoes in the winter??
