Unfortunately it's not compatible. Needs to be at least 2017 or newer for the Charger so that the vehicle comes with carplay.

What's with the backscreens?
Yes The Elite Car Box also has a mini hdmi output port so if you connect it to your rear screen then you can also play video on the front and rear screen at the same time.
I have this same truck and screen. RUclips works fine but Netflix zooms in. Is there a way to calibrate the screen so that Netflix isn’t zoomed in?
No need to calibrate anything. Since your Ram has a vertical screen ,all you need to do is use the split screen feature and that will allow you to zoom out and see the full video.
