Jalapenos stuffed with peanut butter and jam. Inspired by the signature sandwich at Over Ice.
I wanted to share a appetizer with you I made tonight that was inspired by signature sandwich at Over Ice in Woodland Park Co and formulated by my daughter and I. It is jalapeno haves deseeded and briefly roosted in the air fryer. After cooling enough I stuffed them with peanut butter and a jalapeno raspberry jam then dressed them with fresh bacon bits.
Roasting the jalapenos I think took some of the heat out of them. The entire family loved them, but we love hot and spicey so it was a good fit.
If you try making them let me know, also check out my videos from a visit to Over Ice in Woodland Park Co we love getting away and eating there, the owners have made us feel like family

Oscar Mayer Weiner Mobile Firestone Colorado

We happened to catch the Wiener Mobile in Firestone Colorado. Would have been cool if they had the old OM whistles or Hot wheels cars to give away but they did not. Still fun to see it, I have seen it on the highway a couple times over the years and at a Kmart about 30 years ago.

The Big Boy 4014 departing from Wamsutter Wyoming on July 1st 2024. It was a very windy day so sorry about the sound. The most amazing thing about the 4014 is how quiet it was, it is definitely the Cadillac of the rails! We were able to catch it in Wamsutter as we were on a road trip and timed it just perfect.

Your Welcome 🐐
Union Pacfic 3985 Update!
Union Pacific 4015 Big Boy Rebuilt Tenderless! But With The Original 4014 Tender!
Yeah that’s the 492 I believe. It’s one of their K-37 2-8-2’s and is currently in the process of restoration.
Thanks for the information 😊I am still learning.
Kingman, Arizona is a cool town to drive through, and I have always wanted to visit the Route 66 museums. Nice footage of the BNSF locomotives at work!
Thanks, was just there two or so weeks ago before the heatwave hit. I have a longer clip of another Locomotive from the same spot but need to edit it first.
That caboose is just on display at the depot for the time being, it is owned by the Arizona State Railroad Museum in the town of Williams, it is just displayed right there as it is on loan while the ASRM grounds are currently under construction still.
Thanks for the information, we have made a habit of looking for cabooses, locomotives as well when we are on the road it breaks up the drive a little.
That’s not an M48, it’s an M41 Bulldog! Cool find though
Thanks, I will get that changed right away!
M41 Walker Bulldog
Thanks, going to change it right away
Superb shot! 👍😎
#437 was build by Baldwin in 1901 and placed in revenue service the following month. The locomotive also been 100 years old in 2001.
On display is Union Pacific 2-8-0 Consolidation locomotive #480 was build in 1903 by Baldwin. The locomotive was been 100 years old in 2003.
Thanks for the comments, I always appreciate them. I found a couple of random cabooses this past week I will be posting ASAP
You welcome.
Yes, this engine does have a Vanderbilt tender; it is not a whale-back tender, the rear of which looks like the back of a whale.
Thanks' for the comment. I recall seeing a whale back in Boulder City NV along with a Vanderbilt. I spent a lot of time playing by the tracks as a kid and we also called the Vanderbilts Turtle Backs.
Two clarifications: (1) the tender definitely IS a Vanderbilt tender; (2) the engine and cars are STANDARD gauge (4 feet, 8.5 inches).
Thanks for the clarifications. I some times have issues with judging gauge I should start carrying a tape measure 😊.
One of the best Santa Fe cabooses I've ever seen!
Thanks for your comment, I wish the place would have been open, I don't travel that route much but next time I will stop again and check it out!
@@rockierubicon You're welcome. Hopefully lots of great footage of the location can be recorded and uploaded by then. Looking forward to what you have in store next!
This train was carrying elements of the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division heading to Europe as 12th Rotational Armored Brigade for Operation Atlantic Resolve. The 1st two vehicles are M113A4 Armored Medical Evacuation Vehicle, the 3rd is a M577 Command Post Carrier. The rest in your video are M2A3 or possibly A4 Bradleys.
EPIC shot and GREAT SLAPPING ROTORBLADE sound, mate!! I get many of these and Blackhawks for military helicopters since 2 nearby military airports from my area!!!
Thanks, I was in the right place at the right time.
@@rockierubicon Indeed, no problems, mate!!!
Looks like the food situations are meant to be depicted as fictional stories. Also, I have never seen model train cabooses displayed inside a real railroad caboose, or any other railroad car for that matter. Very interesting tour.
Looks like the exterior could use cleaning and restoration. Interesting Rio Grande caboose though.
The museum has way too many projects going on and not enough people to help. If I lived nearby I would love to join them.
Wow, that Rock Island caboose could use a whole lot of restoration!
Not much left to restore, its too bad because it is fairly rare.
My grandma lived in a house a wood log Cabin right behind their on the river and my grandpa was the pastor at that church my great grandma lived in that house before and I’ve been to the rhubarb festival out there 7times until they stopped it for the pandemic my grandma also used to run a carnival down there at here house for the festival before they stopped
It is a very nice area, maybe the festival will return. Thanks for your comment.
@@rockierubicon yeah no problem
Wow, I have never seen stuffed animals displayed on railroad car steps! They could be there just as decorations. Nice footage!
They are my wife's "kids" she likes to pose them in photographs primarily when we visit places. You might have already seen them in other clips.
@@rockierubicon That's very interesting. We all can be clever with stuffed animals!
Wow this is really rare!
It was a good opportunity, we usually see Wyoming Air Guard C-130s out of Cheyanne when we are at the park, hopefully we can get a video of one some time.
😢@@rockierubicon
cool!😀😀
Here you go its a 924 Buffalo Springfield steam roller I found at upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/4/45/1924_blue_Buffalo_Springfield_steam_roller_left_side.JPG/1920px-1924_blue_Buffalo_Springfield_steam_roller_left_side.JPG
Thanks for the info, I will check it out. Driving by there in a week or so may stop and get a better clip.
I found this info using your link....this seven ton steam roller was built by the Buffalo Springfield Roller Company in 1924. It was built to be coal fired with the large, flat coal “bunker” over the front roller. The roller is powered by a two cylinder steam engine and is equipped with an auxiliary steam motor for “power steering.” These rollers left the factory as works of art......I will defiantly stop by as I will pass it again this week and take additional video.
#638 is a 2-8-0 Consolidation.
Thanks for the correction, I had the sun in my eyes the entire time so I made a wild guess. 😅
You welcome.
#638 was the last coal burner Steam Locomotive, build in 1906 for Colorado & Southern Railroad.
That is a nice display of the mega Union Pacific Big Boy #4004. I like how it's protected with chain link fences surrounding it. Very nice clip.
Those red narrow gauge gondolas have nice shapes. I like the mountains in the background at the end. Nice job!
Wow! That part of the railroad museum looks and feels like you're at a park. The caboose in this video is one of the most interesting-looking North American cabooses I've ever seen.
I really need to research it better, it looked to be a gauge between narrow and standard, however research shows the line to be standard gauge. If you look at pictures from the time, late 1800's to early 1900's when the line was active it looks like this is an authentic. There are some train tunnels nearby but I did not have time to explore them, maybe next time.
@@rockierubicon Interesting. And the tunnels would be cool to explore.
Looks like that tank engine has been sitting for a while. It's odd to see a wood piece on the front end.
I think it served as some sort of buffer, there was similar in the back, with no couplers I imagine it was used to push ore carts around.
@@rockierubicon Yeah, I believe you're right as it looks like something used for mining. That would be what makes the 0-4-0T tank engine in this video very unique.
Is the Union Pacific railroad speeder
A nice place to see Rio Grande locomotives and rolling stock. I'd like to visit it one day. Nice footage.
Thanks, it is a nice place to go and spend a few hours, very relaxing.
@@rockierubicon You're welcome. Yeah, visiting railroad museums can be fabulous experiences. I am looking forward to seeing more footage, so keep up the excellent work!
Thanks I will, heading out in the morning on a road trip hopefully I will have some good finds.@@CEO100able
