In this discourse, Guru jee explained the in-depth scientific and universal aspect of Vipassana meditation, which makes it distinct from other mediation/ healing techniques. I recently attended the 3-day course. I found this quite supportive for old students and a good refresher for those who can't attend the next 10-day course. Also, helps students to continue their regular practice, who stopped it due to some circumstances in past.
