@@johanfeli2044 That person posted because he/she is a concerned person. Not just any one should be trapping anything they want any time they want. Falconry is a regulated thing and it is a controversial topic as well. From what I understand, you need federal permits to do this.

Beautiful Ringneck pheasants in the wild. All of the pheasant in my area have disappeared due to heavy development of houses. I enjoyed seeing pheasants and hearing there cackling. It a wonderful thing to help wildlife during the bitter winter season.
