Even with mods it looks unstable with lag, I think one of my proudest character/save builds was of Vance in Fallout 4 (originally the family vampire from Fallout 3) and I made a whole coven of vampires & thralls in Far Harbor Longshore’s Cabin. Lagit without mods, I built it to its limits, even having a Deathclaw bodyguard and turrets all round, with a freezer room with a trapped survivor supplying blood. I even detailed blood packs over the sink and put knives and steaks over the table all gory. My Vance character uses Lorenzo’s suit and the magicians top hat from nuka world dlc

Would be cooler to see this done on vanilla only

great job with this, is like a real jurassic park but is on the looks of fallout, its a wasteland park, but theres another settlement that need your help,i'll mark it on your map.
