Good job,theres not many good live recordings off the smiths in the 80s this is maybe close to what the smiths sounded like live,this sounds great.

It was totally unexpected for me. I saw the schedule and said, "What the heck...Rick Astley sings The Smiths?" He and Blossoms absolutely smashed it. I watched the full set about 10 times. It was a wave of nostalgia, joy, fun, excitement and emotion. That crowd... ❤ Almost as good as the tractors...

@@cene71 wasn’t it just! Best band at Glasto for many years. I hope they come back and do another set as headliners. Dare say I think I beat you watching the reruns on BBC iPlayer, I actually ended up loosing count. FYI…I never cared for the Smiths in their heyday they weren’t really “up my street “ and after listening to all the ones Rick sang I’m glad I never got into them as Ricks version’s were so much better. Ps… I’m also loving Jonny Marr’s new single “somewhere”. Who’d have thought that 🤣🤣😝
