Love this game. Played it growing up at grandma’s. Attic, Mail, and Parent’s room is the absolute worst combination.

I live in Brazil, and it's difficult to find this game here

My family has had this game for years and I don't think we've played it once. We got it at a garage sale but soon realized that it would be pretty difficult to play if you only had local channels like we did, lol. It sat on the shelf ever since. I wonder if the game could be adapted to work with RUclips somehow?

Oh my gosh!!! We had this game in the late 60s early 70s! The one with the orange lid and the suspicious-looking police officers! I had totally forgotten about this! Thank you so much for the fond memory. My mom probably sold this game in a garage sale. I would love to still have it. I could use it in my adolescent therapy groups! HaHaHa! Honestly, they would love it!

You got a comparison with the sci fi version of stratego? If you get deep in the rules they have some crazy stuff like long range artillery.

A few hints to keep this game nice that i did. Take some crazy glue and glue the tracks together and to.the hull. I left.the turrets unglued so i can point them ( like a kid lol). I laminated the tank numbers and fit them to the slot in the tank and glued them in. I cut some high density foam out to fit in each parts tray, cut to fit each tank, ect..and a square hole to put the anti tank guns into. The flags and pegs i put into a small parts ziplok bag. Worked.out pretty nice and should prevent any further parts vanishing or damage to the long tank gun barrells

Awesome. I had this game as a kid and loved it. Of course kids don't take care of stuff so who even knows what became of it. I love the detail. The panther tank has always been my favorite war machine. I recently found one in real good condition with a few pieces missing. Ordered the missing pieces from eBay except for the flags. Can't get anyone to throw the flags I need in an envelope and send them to me for a few bucks. I need 3 tan and 2 green flags. I have a spare tan hull and a tan female tank track to someone that will trade for flags or you can buy them for a small fee. Happy gaming folks. Living my 2nd childhood over here lol.

My family had this game back in the day. I'd say it was not a good game, nor an interesting game. It was published (or maybe promoted) by Standard Oil of New Jersey, which used the name Esso in much of the US and most other countries, (renamed Exxon a few years later) to promote the idea of oil from Alaska. I'm not sure, but the game may have been sold at Esso gas stations. The tiger on the front of the box was Esso's mascot at the time - "Put a tiger in your tank!" I think your rating of 3 or 4 is overly generous.
