Founded in 1996, Logos Technologies LLC is a diversified science, engineering, and technology company specializing in the fields of advanced sensors, wide-area motion imagery, advanced analytics and processing of large, multisource datasets. Logos continues to lead the field with miniaturized wide-area motion imagery (WAMI) systems for a wide range of platforms. Our system Redkite WAMI sensor is configured for planes, helicopters, and unmanned aircraft (including Group 3 UAS) and our Kestrel and Simera WAMI units are configured for tethered aerostats. Logos has also developed a dual-sensor hostile fire-detection system for masts and aerostats called Serenity. Currently in development is SilentHawk, a multi-fuel hybrid-electric motorcycle. The RedKite wide-area motion imagery (WAMI) pod was successfully integrated onto a Navmar TigerShark UAV in June 2017. The Redkite WAMI pod weighs less than 35 lbs and and images an area 4 km in diameter from 12,000 AGL. All processing is done on-board, and the system can transmit live and recorded imagery to handheld devices on the ground in real time.
