@@Zukashimoto you can use your slim id, pry it on the slit between the DIMM Shield and the board lift it slowly until it goes out. Use plastic don't use metal to pry it up. Search prying tool for reference.

Good day, from what i understand po, you have create a new account then activated it and nothing happens. First goto your web browser and then search for microsoft.com, from here sign in your newly created account and goto services and subscription 11:28 see if your product is their. If it is their it takes time to activate coz you have an slow internet connection. Dont worry the product is already register on your account. Another step is to update your windows to the latest version maybe some services didn't communicate well, so the activation did not project real time.

Dont worry all you need to do is to reset your computer to factory setting. -Press Windows Key on your keyboard -System -Recovery -Look for Advance Startup then select Restart now (then wait for a few second) -navigate to Troubleshoot -Reset this PC -Remove Everything -Local Install -Reset (wait until the reset is complete)

Very nice music. Got blue screen. She was having issues with storage. After windows update, it went off. Stuck at bitlocker. Numbers work but not letters. Installing larger drive and more ram. UEFI allows the use of letters and numbers. Any links to help?

Bitlocker password is in your Microsoft Account in the Devices page, see details (of your laptop unit registered on the account), Bitlocker data protection click Manage Recovery Key make your that your microsoft account is link to your email for confirmation purposes. From here you can copy your Bitlocker Key. If you want to Install larger drive and ram you can do so, you can buy Samsung Drive for easily migrating your operating system to a new drive. Trying to remove battery, but screw looks stripped. Any other way to add SSD and Ram without messing things up?

@@PastorIhaza The only way to add SSD and Ram it to open your laptop. If the screw are stripped try using a flat rubber, if it doesn't work, use glue to bind screw to something so you can twist it or drill the screw those method i gain it through years of experience the process is tedious but it may help. Try using an external usb keyboard for typing the bitlocker keyboard.
